We have been meeting the needs of the Chicagoland diving community since 1994. Our dive shop staff has the expert knowledge of the equipment you need to be able dive safely anywhere in the world. Some of the best instructors in the Midwest with over 100 years of combined experience teach for Sea Lions. We meet the needs of the diving community from entry level through technical / specialized diving. Since opening we have successfully and safely introduced over 1,500 divers to the world below the water.Over 1,000 divers have continued their diving education with us. Sea Lions is known for its flexible scheduling, relaxed atmosphere and friendly courteous service. Our goal is to open your eyes to the adventure and excitement of the under water world. Once you have completed your Open Water Certification, or if you already a Certified Diver, join us on one of the many Sea Lions sponsored trips.
Sea Lions is proud to work with: - Dive Heart, an organization that shares the joy of diving with the physically impaired.
- The Boy Scouts of America, an organization to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices
- S.T.A.R.S. International, an organization that is dedicated to Scuba Training for At-Risk Students / teens
- Local Police And Fire Dive Teams to aid in there training for safe and successful Rescues And Recoveries
